  1. You wake up. You get dressed. You walk down your stairs. You put shoes on. You open the door. You walk to the store. You open the door of the store. You walk to Isle 3. You open the fridge. You take a 1 pound block of cheese out. You walk to the register. You buy the cheese. You walk home. You open your door. You eat the cheese for the whole day. You go to sleep. Repeat.

  10. Even though my hometown looks like a castle, it is really many stone buildings put together, with stone pillars holding up the buildings. Today is a busy day. Many rush over the streets. Some ride on horseback, and travel quickly because promised fortune awaits them in distant lands. For others, life is not so easy. They strive to buy a horse for in distant lands, they have other problems to solve, and a great journey to travel. The ones walking do their daily errands day after day, night after night. The jobs here are poor, but up in the higher part of the village, lays the castle. There is the wealthy in the castle, who demand taxes so they can have rich lives. I live in the west part of the castle, except I rarely get to go there. Like almost all others, I have errands to do in the streets. Sometimes people from the castle come down into the village on an occasional celebration or feast. There are castle guards roaming the streets, ensuring that no fights or protests break out. These guards ride on tall, strong, horses that can outrun any living thing in the village. Today I hull a bundle of wheat to the mill with another who shares half the pay. There are many other things to do after this, and the day has only begun.

  12. Hi my name is Abby, I'm 5. I live in Porkugal, well maybe it's Portugal? My family lives in the center of town. It's usually pretty busy so I'm not allowed out without a family member. My mom and I are at the market all day selling scarfs to passing people. Most of the time thieves steal our scarfs and Dad has to go up to one of the guards and ask for help. Then the guard goes on a wild goose chase to get it back. So that's my life, Bye!

  13. Our town is a peaceful town. We each have a product that is for trading. I live on the far side of land which farther away to the town. My family is known for our sweet milk, silky clothing, and strong animals. My mother milks the cows, my younger sister weaves the clothing, and I may be a girl but I can train animals like nobody's seen. Guess who trades everything, me. Anyways, life in the town is understandable, you wake up, go to town and trade your goods, buy food, and so on. Everyone in the town loves our family. Some people don't have homes so we invite them to dinner. My daily life seems easy but, it's just me.

  20. In the city of Camelot all is well. There are no homeless people, in fact there are only wealthy families, everyone is happy and content. Inside the walls of Camelot, the adults do the same routine every morning: Wake up, get dressed, eat breakfast, go to the market, go home, and wait for the day to end. The trouble making children change their routine every morning, you see there was an evil spell cast over Camelot by the evil sorceress, Velda. Velda had cast a spell over only adults over the age of 18, that she made them the most boring people she could possibly think of.

  29. all right the first morning of the new year 1222 England France, my great uncle Mont. Greenland got executed. I was so so dearly sad about it I thought I would through a funeral party in his honer. Only thing is we all hated him and glade the king chopped his head. We celibrated long into the night everyone was stuffed with food, then the news hit use!
My father was Killed in the war! I collapsed on the floor in tears I could barley show my face in the town. I would not leave my own room since the news when around. I didn't except food for days only a trickle of water before bed then finally the news came I found the man that killed my father!
He was Polish and he came to fight that day, he was told un belevible riches if he could kill the leader of the France army. My father stepped forward in time to save the Leader but died instantly from the bullet that struck his chest. That solger than went on to kill the leader but fell because he was struck in the back with a carving knife. I would vowed to get revenge but he is dead. My father lie in a jewelled coffin in the burial grounds for the rich and powerful. I with I could have saved him. Now my town was in panic because my father was the duke and brother to the Leader. With my dad gone the Leader has fallen ill and upset to see his best friend gone.I must get courage to rule because, I am next in line for the throne of England!

We are lucky to be here, and I am thankful. I do have to admit that my day is nonstop work. Fetch the water, feed the hens, go to the market... The list never stops. Somtimes I just want to stop and enjoy the European wonders. I will am thankful, but sometimes I just need a break. Lets just be
    thankful and finsh our work.

  34. The city I live in is called Cakai and it is surrounded by tall walls the color of the sandy dunes that stretch out across the neverending desert. Not many others know of our village and very few ever come. We have many resources so we never need any. The wealthy in this town are content and happy and are sure that no famine, war, or thievery will ever break out or happen in this town. That’s where I come in. My name is Kachan. I am 11 and am the oldest of seven children. As you would guess, we have very little money, in fact we have almost none. That is why I started to steal.
Like I said before, the rich people in this town are content and happy. That causes them to be careless. Pretty careless. A typical day for me starts with me “going to the market” or rather pretending to go to the market. Instead I take off down one of the side streets and make my way into the richer parts of town. When I get there I make sure to pull my shawl over my head and hunch over so that anyone walking by will barely glance at me.
When I find a house that looks empty I sneak in through a back door or a open window. My usual reward is a thousand rupees, and if I’m lucky more. Then I head to the market and buy some food. I take the remaining money and the food I bought home to my parents. They don’t approve of me stealing, but they do know that if I didn’t our family would most likely die of starvation.

  35. I think it's a lot different than it is now. It would be different because the houses are set up differently and are closer together, along with the stores being different because the merchants are outside and stores today are inside.

  37. This place I live is not as good as it seems. its very loud and all the houses are squashed together and your almost never aloud to leave they say that they are helpful and protected but the king is too protective if he wont let anyone leave the only people who leave are the knights. Ugh , The farm was better than this place. The only good is that is, you don’t need to go grow food EXCEPT we cant earn money ! this place is just horrible.

  39. I wake up and put on my clothes. A ragity old white shirt with several stains in it and a pair of to short pants. I put a piece of bread in a sack and walk out the door. There is one kid who completely wants to kill me. I see him and his gang on the side of the road. I walk by them but they notice me and close in. The boy looks at me and pushes me and I stumble over a bucket and fall on my but. I get to my feet and punch him in the nose, blood goes flying all over my fist and the ground. He lays on the ground for at least a minute and then gets up. "#%@*^& you you little %$*#.

    "Yes, what do you think?"
"Hmmm, . . . It's amazing! The fine detail on the walls and arches is quite astounding!"
    "Really?! You mean it!"
    "Yeah really!"
"We really should stop YELLING!" I say sarcastically chuckling.
"Yeah," he replies smiling "we should". "So, where should we go next?"
    "Oh maybe . . . Tayu?"
"Yeah sounds good, nice food, good shops and inns, as well as a good water supply"
"Okay, let's go, times a wastin'" and off we went.

I walk to the barn and grab the egg basket. I skip over to the chicken pen and open the egg box and there are 6 hens sitting in the boxes. I lift up Goldie and she is sitting on 3 eggs. I fetch the eggs and move onto the next hen. I finish collecting eggs and set them on the barn table. I grab my pail and walk over to our cow Ariella and sit on my stool and milk her. Next I feed the horses, pigs, cows, chickens, ducks and goats. Then I eat my lunch and then I wash the clothes, clean the dishes and fold the dry clothes. I go into town to trade some of marialias goat cheese for some meat for dinner. I get home and make a loaf of bread and cook the meat and make some salad. I serve it to my parents and my little brother Zachary. We eat dinner and then its time for bed.

  51. This is the city of Drachmad, in Ancient Rome. The city is in the middle of a drought, which has lasted for 5 months. Vegetation is scarce and expensive. There is basically no water for miles. The citizens don't even dare to go to the North, where the Mountain King lives. It is basically a death wish. The South is the same, but where the Lizard People live. It's a one way trip. All lost is hope till...

  52. My name is Natina, I am sixteen years of age. My family and I live in The Kingdom of Rolany. My life is usually interesting, I have nine other siblings. I used to have twelve but two of them died of the measles, and the other one I don't know what happened too. My parents say that Ashly (my sister that disappeared) was halled out of our house by two palace guards. The king ( King Roliany) is a royal pain in his royal but. Every month he demands taxes that most people cannot pay, and if they cannot pay that means they have to work as a servant or if they are defiant in the mines.
